Cristina began at Centro Presente as a volunteer ESL and Citizenship teacher as a junior at Arlington High School. A first generation Salvadoran-American, Cristina discovered her passion volunteering at Centro Presente and after another year of volunteering eventually became the coordinator of our Adult Education program Education for Empowerment (EFE). She is currently pursuing undergraduate studies at the Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University.
